Refund Policy

 Returns Terms and Guidelines:

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If we have not received your return parcel within the 28 day return period (28 days of the initial order date), we are not obligied to accept the return and the customer will be liable for the cost of redelivery.

Once the goods are returned, you will be entitled to pay for the return postage yourself. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery are advised) and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

-All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

International Returns

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs charges. TECHFLEECEFYNN is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned.

VERY IMPORTANT) Please include your order number within the parcel so that we can identify the order. 

Please ensure that your returns meets all the guidelines on this page. If any guidelines are not met then we are not obliged to accept the return and the customer will be liable for the cost of redelivery.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned goods at TechFleeceFynn. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account used to pay. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
